libqwtplot3d-qt4-dev software package provides 3D plotting library based on Qt4/OpenGL (development), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libqwtplot3d-qt4-dev
libqwtplot3d-qt4-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libqwtplot3d-qt4-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libqwtplot3d-qt4-dev *
You will get with libqwtplot3d-qt4-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
